~ Onyx ~
Growing up in San Francisco with her musician father and artist mother, Anna Lynn Prescott changed her name selecting Onyx after the veined gem with alternating layers of black and white. She struggled to live up to her family's expectations, although very adept at playing the violin, she detested it. Her art turned to the darker side favoring vampires and lusty works. An affair with a Gothic rock musician left her on the road with no money, only her creativity. Now at the age of 21, she has found a home at Chameleon.
She has been known to recite poetry as she seduces her clients and can be very unpredictable.

wow....once again, these shots are extraordinary! and the tale you wove about her -- how do you come up with this stuff? Just wonderful!
ReplyDeleteThank you...I don't know...I just looked at her and it sort of came to me. Vivid imagination coupled with serious procrastination and inability to sleep perhaps!
ReplyDeleteI love the backstory you came up with for this character, very fitting indeed! Does the violin come with Freetime?
ReplyDeleteLove the gothic feel to her room, and the soft focus, great shots!
Vampires and lusty works...sounds OK to me, LOL!
Thanks Drew! Yes, it comes from Freetime! I got a shot of her playing it and she made the most hideous face! LOL! Chose not to post it.
ReplyDeleterecites poetry while seducing? lol that was interesting... looks like she has a somewhat exciting past...
ReplyDeleteI love the room!!! completely shows her personality, and she is lovely as well... the reds really go good on/with her, love the color of her lips and the black hair really suits her white skin!!
all the shots were amazing but my personal favorite is the first after the introduction, which would make it the second one, the one where she is playing the violin!!
Love the window and the curtains, you paid attention to every detail!! amazing!!! simply amazing!!! Great job!
Thank you Sandy! I really appreciate it and you know I admire your shots and Photoshop talent so it means a lot.
ReplyDeleteOhh...I LOVE these shots! I can never figure out how to do things like that!
ReplyDeleteAm intrigued by the backstory as well. I can't wait to read more! Amazing, amazing shots!
Holy guacamole I love these shots! She has such a unique, dark beauty about her. That one of her playing the violin is also my favorite, the lighting, the angles. You really have some serious talent for making gorgeous snapshots.
ReplyDeleteThank you Cheryl! I really do enjoy doing photo shoots. It is such a great way to get to know characters. As for the backgrounds, I have no idea where it comes from, it just does LOL! I am looking at these on my work PC and they look much darker than they did on my home PC...hmmm...might need to look at them on my Mac as well and see how dark they are...
ReplyDeleteEmily, thank you! I love doing this. She is lovely, very unusual. She seems to turn a lot of heads as well!
ReplyDeleteI loved that shot in the window. I hope they aren't too dark; it is always hard to tell from one display to the next. But again, I have fun doing this and it helps me shake loose what I want to write, believe it or not!
Stunning Description, sets and sim! I absolutely adore your shots too!!!
ReplyDeleteI think Onyx is my favorite yet! I love her dark beauty. She has features you don't see people use much on sims and it makes me like her all the more. I am also a big fan of that skintone!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots, Gayl!
Thanks Cherie, I really like coming up with backgrounds when I do these.
ReplyDeleteMao I have to admit I like how she turned out. I love these skins too; they are so real. There is something in her looks that is vulnerable yet...I don't know the word...worldly maybe.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
